Bella has a party while her Stepmother is away, and is cleaning up when her Stepmother returns. The neighbour has informed Stepmother of the party and of the noise from her apartment, and she is going to punish cheeky Bella for disobeying her rules.

Stepmother tells Bella that she is not too old for a spanking, and maybe that is what will teach her manners and responsibility. Bella is told to remove her shorts and go over Stepmothers knee for a long hard spanking. Bella is scolded as she is spanked, but is still cheeky to her Stepmother.

Petty Officers Hickey, Eden, Bird and Naomi have been called to Captain Scarlet’s quarters to face accusations of leaving base without permission, being disorderly and fraternising with the local men.

They are informed that they are to punished as boys are in the navy and that they will “Kiss the Gunner’s Step-Daughter”, a traditional position used in the Royal Navy where the culprit is tied lengthways along the barrel of the cannon.
The four girls enter the room wearing leggings only and are ordered to stand facing the wall with their hands on their heads.

Each Petty Officer is called out to stand in front of the bench to receive her 15 cuts of the cane for going AWOL, except for Senior Petty Officer Hickey who will receive 20 cuts to reflect her senior position. They are ordered to count the cuts out loud, saying “Thank you Captain Scarlet” after each stroke.

On completion of their punishment the officers are told to remove their leggings and hand them to Captain Scarlet and rejoin the others by the wall.

After each girl has been punished, it is then repeated for a second time for the charge of conduct unbecoming of an Officer of Her Majesty’s Navy. Another 15 cuts for each Petty Officer and 20 cuts for the Senior Petty Officer.

After all girls have been caned a second time Captain Scarlet orders them to bend over and examines their marks. She then tells them to return to their quarters as they are, so that everyone can see their striped arses for added humiliation.
