Nurse Rachel was supposed to take care of the sick Mrs. Brown at home but she forgot. Dr.Johnson and Matron paid Rachel a visit at her home. After a good scolding she was ordered to lay across her couch and her forgetfull bottom was soundly paddled by Dr. Johnson.
