After their bare bottom strapping for no panties the Dean checks to see if they are wearing bras and Kiki is not. To prevent further issues with her not wearing a bra the Dean decides that from now on, when Kiki is missing pieces of her uniform, that both she and her closest friend will be punished. Kiki and Anastasia are then strapped together with a heavy leather strap until their bottoms are purple.
