Veronica is the Green Lantern, a superhero who hears that Stevie Rose has and will commit crimes. So Veronica decides to put a stop to crime spree with a sound spanking over her knee. Stevie is surprised by how strong the Green Lantern is at delivering a sound punishment, with hand and leather strap.
