Ella is sent to see The Dean, but he’s too busy to deal with her so he calls for Miss Betty to attend to her bottom. Miss Betty begins with a leather strap on Ella’s bare bottom. The Dean decides a heavier strap is necessary so he instructs Miss Betty to fetch it.
