Peter has been trying to quit smoking and he had tried everything, he decided that he needed to get some real help. He decided that he needed to schedule an appointment with a therapist to help him with his addiction.

The day he has his first meeting with Brianna (the therapist) the was having a particularly difficult day staying away from the cigarettes. He actually started to light up right there in front of her. She stopped him immediately and asked him if he had ever tried being hypnotized. He had not, but was willing to give anything a try.

Brianna started by having him relax and focus on a silver pendent. She swung it back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Speaking to him very softly she put him in a very relaxed state of mind and a deep sleep. She guides him to the floor and gives him a queue word and when she gives him the queue word, he will no longer have the urge to smoke. Instead of the urge to smoke a cigarette, he will have an uncontrollable urge to suck on her toes and lick her feet. From now on whenever he hears the word smoke, he will crave only Brianna’s feet and toes.
