Kitty is an ambitious little cunt. She looks to the sky and she is very willing to climb the ladder of success with hard work and perseverance. In HELL!, of course, climbing the ladder usually means something else entirely.
In this case, climbing the ladder means the ladder of pain. The cunt is taken from the wall, where she had been chained standing up, to the ladder where she was strapped in and then the beating began. In short order, the cunt was crying, drooling, with snot running out her nose and down her face.
